Rosettes
2 Eggs, slightly beaten, 2 teaspoons Sugar, ¼ teaspoon Salt, 1 cup Milk, 1 cup sifted Flour, 1 tablespoon Lemon Extract*,
Directions
Add sugar to eggs, then add milk. Sift flour with salt. Stir into egg mixture and beat until smooth.
Flavoring is optional.
Fry and cool as directed as the directions to using a Rosette Iron are in or on the box.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
When cool or before sprinkle with confectioners-sugar.
Other flavoring can be used vanilla, brandy, and anise or rum ~ I actually prefer no flavoring they are so good without flavorings.

This are so good and are a fun cookie to make just pick up a Rosette Iron the directions and recipes are in the box. Not to worry about making mistakes when you first start the not so perfect ones are just as tasty. We see Rosette sold at our Son’s of Norway events.
