Vanilla Bundt with Chocolate Glaze
1 package White Cake Mix, 4 Eggs, ¾ cup Water, ¾ cup Oil,
Glaze 1 heaping cup Powder Sugar, 1 heaping tablespoon Cocoa, ½ teaspoon Vanilla, Water,
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, pour cake and pudding mixes in and add eggs, water, and oil. Beat with electric mixer for a few minutes. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350* for 43 minutes and test it, generally takes a few minutes more depending on the pan you.
Glaze in a small bowl add powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Slowly add water about a tablespoon at a time until you have a nice smooth glaze suitable for spoon over the cake while hot from the oven. Cake generally better served the next day.

This is a variation of my Lemon Poppy Seed Cake recipe on an earlier post.
Made this one for my cousin Linda ~ when we were younger and I would come to her house she would often make white cake with chocolate frostening. So Good! So I thought why not try it in a bundt and she really liked it!
